Here are 8 graphs made by the ZEO sleep monitoring device on nights that I did the Wake-Back-To-Bed Technique. The first 4 nights I took the dream supplement Galantamine. Two nights I had a lucid dream, and the other two nights I just remember vivid dreams. The seconds set of 4 graphs I did not take Galantamine.

Conclusion of the Effects of Galantamine on REM sleep:

On the nights I did wake-back-to-Bed technique, upon going back to sleep at 6am, I went into “Light Sleep” immediately, and stayed in it for a while before going into REM sleep. This is normal. But on the nights I took Galantamine at 5:30am, I tended to stay awake a little longer, then went directly into REM sleep.
